About Angela Borges

I was born and raised in Peru but I call Australia “home” since 2009. I grew up in a family where it was normal to be unhappy with your body and it seemed like one or more members of my family was always on a diet.


After multiple encounters with different diets and having a negative relationship with my body and food, I knew something had to change.


So I started learning the actual science behind nutrition. I learned why fad diets don’t work and how I was able to make long-lasting changes not only in my body but also in my mind.


Knowledge is power. And now I use my own personal struggle and transformation with you to help high-achieving women like you get leaner, without dieting, tracking calories, and spending hours in the kitchen or at the gym. About Angela Borges
